GlassAura Design LLC’s preferred approach is a defined installation contract: an agreed scope, a contract price, and responsibility for managing and completing that installation. Our reputation depends on how we plan, communicate, execute, and stand behind the work we contract to perform.
Our contracted installation price includes direct owner involvement, crew direction, project coordination, and documentation for our agreed scope. Cory Cook stays involved throughout the contracted work and provides hands-on installation support when needed, without a separate owner or supervisory labor charge.
For these contracted installations, GlassAura manages customer communication, progress reporting, field documentation, and scope clarification. Our installers supply the field information management needs while concentrating on installation. Material concerns, site conditions, and proposed changes are documented and communicated so decisions reach the crew clearly and additional work can be authorized before proceeding.
Before mobilization, we establish the installation scope, responsibilities, site readiness, and scheduling requirements. Throughout the contracted work, we coordinate our activities with the customer and address issues affecting quality, production, and completion.
We stand behind our installation workmanship within the scope and warranty terms of the signed contract. That gives our customer a company accountable for its installation package, with management supporting the crew from planning through completion.
These management and owner-support benefits apply to our defined installation contracts. Hourly crew support is a separate service; its supervision, reporting, coordination, and other responsibilities must be expressly agreed in writing.
